Hired Jay for tree branch removal. Took care of my job quickly. Did offer to remove a stump from the last tree remover that did not finish the job. Was professional and offered advice. Would hire again.

He is a great professional and explains in detail the work that needs to be done and definitely went above and beyond in completing the job beyond my satisfaction. I will recommend him or call him again whenever I need my tree trim.

From the beginning Jay was the first to respond to my request, very prompt and detailed. Took care of my entire move, secured my furniture and electronics. Unloaded everything, set up all my furniture, mounted my televisions perfectly. I would definitely hire Jay again and recommend him to family and friends.

The night before thanksgiving our fridge had an electrical fire out of nowhere and we were left SCRAMBLING with a house full of smoke and no fridge for all of our food. Jaime was the ONLY person that was willing to come out right away and help us! He and his family came out at 10:30 pm to work together and help us get a spare fridge that he provided for us because he happened to have one. I don't know many with that kind of thoughtfulness in their heart! He was literally our Thanksgiving miracle and we are ever so grateful for his IMMEDIATE response and fast actions! due to his willingness to come out late at night when he was home with his family the night before thanksgiving we did not lose ANY of our food!! He is without a doubt a person you can do business with and know you are getting the best!

I needed a giant butcher block countertop cut for a project in my office. It was definitely a one-off type of job. The block was too big to fit in my car so I had no other choice but to search for someone to come to my home to help. I found Jay's website and literally the same day, he was able to come out for a quote and then come back later and help me move, cut, and position the countertop. I normally don't write reviews but for what Jaime did, I will. We just had movers deliver our household goods into our home in San Antonio after spending 30 days at an AirBnB and couldn't wait to laundry the rest of our clothes. Unfortunately, as soon as we got done with using the washer and it was time to use the dryer, we found out it won't turn on. I immediately went to Yelp and sent a service request out. We immediately got a response from Jaime within less than 2 minutes stating he could possibly help us troubleshoot our issue via a phone call. We ended up unable to work it over the phone and he offered to come over right away. Mind you this was at 8:30 at night so I was a bit surprised to find someone willing to come help us fix our dryer right away. I definitely recommend him to anyone who would need his services.

We called to have a patio extension removed, as well as rock cleanup along the patio and edge of the house. He responded immediately upon submitting a request, and was extremely polite. The price we paid for the job was very affordable and fair. He was on time both of the days he did work, and was very professional. He went above and beyond in completing the job, and did more than we expected. He is a hard worker (he even worked while it was raining pretty hard!), kind and personable to his customers. We will definitely be using him if we ever need work again.

Jaime had our dryer wall connection and hose hooked back up and properly aligned. Entire job took maybe 20- 30 minutes. Lost track of time, due to the fantastic person Jaime is.

My inner oven glass door broke, Jaime showed up and put my oven door back together, just in time for Easter dinner.

So I ended up not being able to use his services because he let me know that he was not a master electrician and after doing his due diligence on what I was looking for he concluded that was what I really needed. That being said-his prompt response and the fact that he was honest about what he felt I truly needed spoke volumes to me about his integrity and ethics. I will definitely reach out to him in the future when I need his help. Recommend highly based on my interactions with Jay.

Jay and his team helped to make my front yard look nice. The snow storm caused lots of dead bushes. He provided great communication and assisted me in walking thru decisions/consultation to make it look great. Had a small issue with my sprinklers and he quickly came out to resolve it.
